Representative Erin Koegel, Co-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:14 AM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Co-Chair O’Driscoll moved that the minutes from April 3, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation by Minnesota Department of Commerce and MNsure on the state of private health insurance market.
