Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM, on March 3, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Heintzeman moved the minutes of February 26, 2026, as amended, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED


HF 3604 (Van Binsbergen) Exemption criteria for bulk fuel delivery of nonoxygenated gasoline modified.

Representative Van Binsbergen moved HF 3604 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill.

Representative Van Binsbergen moved to adopt the H3604A1amendment to HF 3604. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
