Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:15AM, on March 5, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids moved the minutes of March 4, 2026, as amended, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED


HF 400 (Perryman) Commissioner of commerce required to defray costs to health plan companies for additional benefits.

Representative Perryman moved HF400 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a future omnibus bill

Chair O’Driscoll moved to adopt H3388A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED
