Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:17AM, on March 11, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Heintzeman moved the minutes of March 10, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED

HF 3766 (Perryman) Licensing and registration of limited lines travel insurance producers and travel retailers provided, and sale and regulation of travel insurance provided.

Representative Perryman moved to adopt H3776A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair O’Driscoll moved HF3766, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.



HF 3972 (Huot) Short-term rental guarantees and reimbursement insurance policies provided and regulated.

Chair O’Driscoll moved H3972A1 amendment.

Chair O’Driscoll moved the following oral amendment to the H3972A1 amendment: on Page 1, line 7, delete “120” and insert “90”. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
