COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES
Representative Erin Koegel, Co-Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Buck moved that the minutes from March 11, 2026, be approved as corrected. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4133 (Moller) Certain exclusions in homeowner’s insurance policies prohibited when damage is done by a peace officer.
Co-Chair Koegel moved that HF4133 be re-referred to the General Register.
Co-Chair Koegel moved the H4133A2 amendment to HF4133. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Moller presented HF4133, as amended.

Co-Chair Koegel moved the H3419A26 amendment to HF3419. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
