MINUTES

Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, officially called the meeting to order at 8:15AM, on March 17, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

O’Driscoll moved HF4145 before the committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in a liquor omnibus bill.
