COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Erin Koegel, Co-Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 AM on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dotseth moved that the minutes from March 17, 2026, be approved as corrected. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

SF1750 (Lucero) Common interest communities provisions modifications.

Co-Chair Koegel moved that SF1750, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Cicil Law.

Co-Chair Koegel moved the S1750DE12 amendment to SF1750, as amended.

Co-Chair Koegel offered an oral amendment to the S1750DE12 amendment.
Page 36, delete section 10; Page 37, delete lines 1 to 3.
