Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM, on March 26, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Chair Koegel moved to reconsider adoption of H4203DE1. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Koegel moved to remove the H4203DE1 amendment to HF 4203. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair O’Driscoll moved that HF4203, be re-referred to the Ways and Means committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
