MINUTES

Representative Kresha, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, began the meeting at 1:01PM, on March 24, 2026, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF3489 (BENNETT) - FIELD TRIP POLICY ESTABLISHED, REPORTING TO LICENSING BOARDS REQUIRED, AND CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF GROOMING ESTABLISHED.

Representative Bennett moved that HF3489 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
