Representative Bennett, Chair of the Education Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM, on March 10, 2026, in Room G23 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mueller moved the minutes of March 4, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Jordan moved the H3421A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
