MINUTES

Representative Bennett, Chair of the Education Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM, on March 24, 2026, in Room G23 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dippel moved the minutes of March 18, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF751 (Robbins) Parental notification of adverse incidents required.

Chair Bennett moved HF751 before the committee.

Chair Bennett moved the H751DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Robbins presented on HF751, as amended.

Chair Bennett laid over HF751, as amended.

HF3764 (Nadeau) Anonymous reporting systems required, and report required.

Chair Bennett moved HF3764 be placed on the General Register.

Chair Bennett moved the H3764DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Nadeau presented on HF3764, as amended.

Vice-Chair Mueller assumed the gavel at 4:16 PM.

Chair Bennett moved HF3550 be placed on the General Register.
