MINUTES

Representative Quam, Co-Chair of the Elections Finance and Government Operations Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00PM on March 23, 2026, in Room G23 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Co-Vice Chair Altendorf moved HF 4319 before the committee.
