Representative Swedzinski, Chair of the Energy Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM on March 5, 2026, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

HF 3296 (Gillman) Data centers excluded from gross annual retail energy sales for
energy conservation and optimization purposes.
Representative Mekeland moved HF 3296.
Representative Swedzinski moved the H3296DE2 amendment.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hollins moved that HF 3802 be referred to the General Register.
Representative Hollins moved the H3802A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
