MINUTES

Representative Swedzinski, Chair of the Energy Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on April 9, 2026, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Sexton moved that the minutes of March 26, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4770 (Mekeland)
Anaerobic digester or biomass thermal generation facility planning and construction funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Mekeland moved HF 4770.

Rep. Mekeland moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
