ENERGY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Larry Kraft, Co-Vice-Chair of the Committee on Energy Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00P.M. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in Room 123 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Acomb moved that the minutes from April 9, 2026 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4560 (Acomb) Technical and clarifying changes to statutes related to Public Utilities Commission made

Chair Acomb moved that HF4560 be laid over.
