Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee Minutes
Representative Peter Fischer, Co-Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 10, 2025, in Hearing Room G3 of the Minnesota Capitol Building.

A quorum was present.
Representative Gillman moved to approve the minutes for April 3, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2439 (Heintzeman) Environment and natural resources funding provided, fees and surcharges modified, disposition of certain funds modified, hazardous materials and pollutants provisions modified, loans for regional parks and trails projects provided, and money appropriated.
Co-Chair Heintzeman moved that HF2439 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Heintzeman moved the H2439DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
