MINUTES

Representative Davids, Co-Chair of the Ethics Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM on March 27, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Co-Chair Moller moved the 2025-2026 Committee Rules for Election Contests be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE RULES WERE ADOPTED.

Co-Chair Moller moved the 54A Election Contest: Scheduling Order be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE SCHEDULING ORDER WAS ADOPTED.


The meeting was adjourned at 4:32 PM.
