HEALTH FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Robert Bierman, Chair of the Health Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, April 7th, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Huot moved to approve the minutes from April 2nd, 2025. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2779 (Reyer); Health care entities required to report information on ownership or control to the commissioner of health, annual public reports required, enforcement provided, penalties authorized, and money appropriated.

Vice Chair Reyer moved that HF2779 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Reyer moved the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
