HEALTH FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Backer, Chair of the Health Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:35PM, on ¬¬¬¬¬April 10, 2025, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Perryman moved the minutes of April 09, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2435 (Bierman) Health Omnibus Finance Vehicle Bill

Chair Bierman moved HF2435 before the committee.

Chair Bierman moved to adopt the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Bierman presented on HF2435.

Chair Bierman renewed the motion that HF2435, as amended, be referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


The meeting was adjourned at 4:42PM.
