Representative Nadeau, Vice-Chair of the Health Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM, on March 4th, 2026, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Repinski moved the minutes of March 2nd, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The National Conference of State Legislatures gave a presentation on H.R. 1 conformity.

HF 3439 (Nadeau) Eligibility for medical assistance and expedited disability determinations modified, review of death master file required, and contract requirements for managed care plans provider.
Vice Chair Nadeau moved HF 3439 before the committee.
Vice Chair Nadeau moved that HF 3439 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Human Services Finance and Policy.
