HEALTH FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Robert Bierman, Chair of the Health Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:02 P.M. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Liz Reyer moved to approve the minutes of March 25, 2026. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4609 (Kotyza-Witthuhn); Health plans required to cover infertility treatment and standard fertility preservation services, medical assistance and MinnesotaCare required to cover infertility treatment and standard fertility preservation services, and money appropriated.

Chair Bierman moved that HF4609 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn presented HF4609.
