HEALTH FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Robert Bierman, Chair of the Health Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carroll moved to approve the minutes of April 13, 2026. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4401 (Reyer); Medical assistance reimbursement rates for dental services and critical access dental providers modified.

Representative Reyer moved that HF4401 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Reyer moved to adopt the DE3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Reyer presented HF4401, as amended.

Representative Reyer renewed the motion that HF4401, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

HF4466 (Bierman); Health; reporting requirement eliminated.

Chair Bierman moved that HF4466 to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
