HIGHER EDUCATION FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Dan Wolgamott, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on March 24, 2026, in Room Capitol G23 in the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF4362 (Coulter) - Visitor carrying of firearms on campuses of public postsecondary institutions regulated.

Representative Coulter moved that HF4362 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy.

Chair Wolgamott moved that HF4252 be laid over.

Chair Wolgamott moved the A1 Amendment to HF4252.
