Representative Novotny, member of the Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in Room G23 of the State Capitol Building.

Representative Wolgamott moved to approve the minutes, of March 12, 2026 as corrected. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4266 (Allen) Lowest recognized family responsibility amount modified for purposes of determining state grant awards.
Representative Novotny moved HF4266 before the committee.
