MINUTES

Representative Igo, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nash moved the minutes of February 25, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Dotseth assumed the gavel at 3:01 PM.

HF3902 (Igo) Eligible recipients for Minnesota housing tax credit contributions modified, and credit sunset repealed.


Chair Igo moved HF3902 be re-referred to the Taxes Committee.

Chair Igo moved the H3902A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
