HOUSING FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Liish Kozlowski, Vice-Chair of the Committee on Housing Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 3:01 P.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in Room G3 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Kozlowski assumed the gavel.

Vice-Chair Kozlowski moved that the minutes of March 17, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 4207 (Howard) - Housing provisions modified, wage provisions modified, eligible uses for housing aid funds clarified, emergency rental assistance reporting requirements eliminated, and technical changes made.

Chair Howard moved that HF 4207 be re-referred to the committee on Human Services.

Chair Howard moved the A3 amendment to HF 4207. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Howard presented HF 4207 as amended.

Chair Howard moved the DE1 amendment to HF 3981. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
