Representative Igo, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:01 PM, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Mekeland moved the minutes of Wednesday, March 18, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4234 (Rehrauer) Aggregate bond limitation applicable to the allocation of private activity bonds for qualifying residential rental projects reduced.
The committee held an informational hearing on HF4234.

HF2614 (Mekeland) Governing bodies prohibited from requiring or incentivizing creation of homeowners associations, and governing bodies prohibited from requiring terms not required under state law in homeowners association documents.
