MINUTES

Representative Igo, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:01 PM, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mekeland moved the minutes of Wednesday, March 18, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4234 (Rehrauer) Aggregate bond limitation applicable to the allocation of private activity bonds for qualifying residential rental projects reduced.

The committee held an informational hearing on HF4234.

HF484 (Mekeland) Natural gas hookup ban prohibited in residential construction.

Representative Mekeland moved HF484 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Mekeland moved HF483 be re-referred to the General Register.
