MINUTES

Representative Schomacker, Chair of the Human Service Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on February 25, 2026, in Room 123 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Noor moved the minutes of February 24, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Vice Chair Gillman assumed the gavel at 8:16 AM.

HF3378 (Schomacker) Commissioner of human services required to release unredacted initial Optum reports

Chair Schomacker moved HF3378 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

Chair Schomacker moved to lay HF3378 on the table. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Schomacker assumed the gavel at 8:20 AM.

Chair Schomacker renewed the motion that HF3378 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
