HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE & POLICY MEETING MINUTES

Representative Mohamud Noor, Chair of the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gander moved the minutes of April 8, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1767 (Curran) – Commissioner of human services required to develop a proposal to codify integrated community supports, and reports required.

Representative Curran moved HF 1767 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Human Services Finance and Policy omnibus bill.

Representative Curran moved the HF1767DE4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Curran presented HF 1767, as amended.
