MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM, on ¬¬¬¬¬April 10th, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Duran moved the minutes of April 8th, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2300 (Scott): Judiciary Finance Bill

Chair Scott moved HF 2300 before the committee.

Chair Scott moved that HF2300 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Liebling moved the A25-0061 amendment before the committee.

Chair Scott moved the A4 amendment to the A25-0061 amendment, before the committee. THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Curran moved the A6 amendment to the A25-0061 amendment, before the committee. THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Liebling moved the A25-0061 amendment, as amended, before the committee. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Scott moved that HF 2300, as amended, be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:24 AM.
