MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 AM, on ¬¬¬¬February 19th, 2026, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Curran moved the minutes of April 10th, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The following individual presented on the Minnesota Competency Attainment Board:

Kim Larson, Program Administrator, Minnesota Competency Attainment Board.

The following individual presented on the Minnesota Guardian ad Litem Board:

Alex Miller, CIO/Interim Program Administrator, Minnesota Guardian ad Litem Board.



The meeting was adjourned at 11:42 AM.
