WORKFORCE, LABOR, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Committee on Workforce, Labor, and Economic Development Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:20 A.M. on, Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in Room G3 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Baker moved that the minutes of March 10, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2567 (Greenman) Stay-or-pay provisions prohibited, made unenforceable, and made against public policy.

Representative Greenman moved that HF 2567 to be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.

Representative Greenman moved the H2567A1 amendment.

Representative Greenman moved the H2567A2 amendment to the H2567A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT, TO THE AMENDMENT, WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Greenman moved the H2567A1 amendment as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Greenman presented HF 2567 as amended.
