MINUTES

Representative Pinto, Chair of the Workforce, Labor and Economic Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18AM on Tuesday May 6th, 2025, in the G3 Room of the Capitol.

A quorum was present.

Chair Baker moved the minutes for Wednesday, April 10th, to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3228 (Baker) - Workers' Compensation Advisory Council recommendations adopted.

Chair Baker moved that HF 3228 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Chair Baker renewed his motion that HF 3228 be recommended to be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Baker moved that the A25-0074 amendment to HF 2441 be adopted.

Chair Baker renewed his motion that the A25-0074 amendment to HF 2441 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Baker moved that HF 2441 as amended be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 AM.
