MINUTES

Representative Baker, Chair of the Workforce, Labor, and Economic Development Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15AM, on April 9th, 2026, in Room G3 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Mekeland moved the minutes of April 8h, 2026 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3217 (Kresha) Payments to bio industrial facilities funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Baker moved HF3217 before the committee.

Chair Baker moved to adopt the H3217A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Baker laid over HF3217, as amended.

HF2252 (Anderson) Annual volume cap allocations and allocation procedure for public facility projects funded by public facility bonds modified.

Chair Baker moved HF2252 before the committee.
