Representative McDonald, Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15AM, on March 4th, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The committee heard testimony on the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Performance Audit Report for the Outdoor Heritage Fund Grants.

HF3564 (Skraba) GREATER MINNESOTA PARKS AND TRAILS COMMISSION PROVISIONS MODIFIED, AND AVAILABILITY OF PREVIOUS GRANTS EXTENDED.
Representative Skraba moved HF3564 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.
Representative Skraba moved the H3564A1 Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
