MINUTES

Representative McDonald, Co-Chair of the Legacy Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15AM, on April 9th, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved the minutes of April 2nd, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2563 (Vang) OMNIBUS LEGACY FINANCE BILL.

Representative Vang moved HF2563 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Vang moved the H2563DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Vang moved the H2563A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Skraba moved the H2563A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Brad Hagemeier, Fiscal Analyst, House Fiscal Department; Janelle Taylor, Legislative Analyst, House Research Department; and Mary Davis, Legislative Analyst, House Research Department gave a walkthrough of the DE1 amendment.

Representative Vang renewed the motion that HF2563, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


The meeting was adjourned at 11:30AM.
