MINUTES
Representative Jamie Long, Co-Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:30 AM on May 15, 2025, in Room G-3 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nash moved that the minutes from May 14th, 2025, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Friday, May 16th, 2025, for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Long moved to approve 2025-R3, Resolution on Parking. Lori Hodapp, Chief Sergeant at Arms, presented the resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Long moved to approve 2025- R4, Resolution on Facilities. Lori Hodapp, Chief Sergeant at Arms, presented the resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Long moved to approve 2025-R5, Resolution on the House Journal. Matt Gehring, House Research, presented the resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
