MINUTES

Representative Niska, Co-Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:01 AM, on May 15th, 2026, in Room G3 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.


The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Jordan moved that the minutes from May 14th, 2026, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Niska moved the adoption of the Supplemental Calendar for the Day, Saturday, May 16th, 2026. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

SF5200 (Liebling) Miscellaneous oversights, inconsistencies, ambiguities, unintended results, and technical errors correction.

Representative Scott moved that SF5200 be placed on the General Register.

Representative Scott renewed the motion that SF5200 be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Niska moved to adopt the 2026-R14 Resolution.
