Representative Jamie Long, Co-Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:11 PM on May 16th, 2026, in Room G-3 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Howard moved the minutes from May 15th, 2026, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Long moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Sunday May17th, 2026, for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Long moved 2026-R19 Resolution on Waiver of Dates before the committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was recessed at 1:13 PM
The meeting was adjourned at the end of the legislative day at 11:59 pm.
