VIII. HF0936 (Nash) Cost-benefit analysis required for proposed administrative rules, adoption of certain rules prohibited, and notice to legislature upon adoption of exempt rules required.

IX. HF3554 (Hollins) January designated as Snow Professionals Appreciation Month.
