MINUTES

Representative Nash, Chair of the State Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, on March 3, 2026, in Room G23 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Co-Vice Chair Davis assumed the gavel at 8:16 AM.

HF3676 (NASH) Safe at Home program; protections, remedies, and various provisions provided and modified; and criminal penalties established.

Co-Vice Chair Davis moved HF 3676 be re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee.

Co-Vice Chair Davis moved HF 3683 be placed on the General Register.

Co-Vice Chair Davis moved HF 3395 be re-referred to the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

Co-Vice Chair Davis moved the H3395A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
