HF3676 (NASH) Safe at Home program; protections, remedies, and various provisions provided and modified; and criminal penalties established.
Co-Vice Chair Davis moved HF 3676 be re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee.

HF 3395 (NISKA) Fraud Isn't Free Act established; corrective action plans, enrollment freezes, agency budget reductions, and employee dismissal required when fraud is committed against a program administered by the state; and other fraud prevention provisions established.
Co-Vice Chair Davis moved HF 3395 be re-referred to the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
Co-Vice Chair Davis moved the H3395A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
