Representative Ginny Klevorn, Co-Chair of the State Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17A.M. on March 5th, 2026, in Room G23 of the State Capitol Building.

Co-Chair Klevorn moved that the minutes of February 24, 2026, be approved.
An error was noted in the minutes of February 24, 2026.
The motion to approve the minutes of February 24, 2026, was withdrawn.
HF3477(Long) Cause of action for violations of civil rights under color of law created, and state and local collaboration agreements with federal law enforcement agencies regulated.
Co-Chair Klevorn moved that HF3477 be re-referred to the General Register.
Representative Long present HF3477.
Co-Chair Klevorn moved the A4 amendment to HF3477.
Representative Long presented the A4 amendment.
