STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES

Representative Ginny Klevorn, Co-Chair of the State Government Finance and Policy
Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:00A.M. on April 16, 2026, in Room G23 of the
Minnesota State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Klevorn moved that the minutes from April 14, 2026, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4074(Lillie) Administrative changes made to statues governing the retirement plans administered by the Minnesota State Retirement System. Correctional employees clarified to remain in the correctional employee's retirement plan while working for a labor organization, various other retirement provisions modified.
Chair Klevorn moved that HF4074 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Lillie presented HF4074.

Chair Klevorn moved the A7 amendment to HF 4074.
