Representative Aisha Gomez, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on April 9, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Norris moved the minutes from April 8, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2901 (Rehrauer) Allowable uses of funding in the Minnesota housing tax credit contribution account expanded to include funding supportive services in supportive housing.
Representative Rehrauer presented HF 2901 before the committee on an informational basis.

Chair Gomez moved the A1 amendment before the committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Gomez presented HF 3117, as amended.

HF 3027(Gomez) Cities and counties authorized to impose local sales taxes for certain projects, oversight provided, revenue sharing requirement, reports required, and money appropriated.
Chair Gomez moved HF 3027 before the committee.

Chair Davids moved HF 2367 before the committee.
Representative Nadeau presented HF 2367.
Chair Davids moved that HF 2367 be laid over for possible inclusion in a final Tax omnibus bill.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:51 AM.
