Representative Aisha Gomez, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM on April 21, 2025, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Smith moved the minutes from April 8, 2025 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2438 (Koznick) Transportation budget bill; Department of Transportation, Department of Public Safety, and Metropolitan Council activities funding provided and money appropriated.
Chair Davids moved HF 2438 before the committee.
Representative Koznick presented HF 2438.

Chair Davids moved that HF 2438, the first engrossment, be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
