MINUTES

Representative Erin Koegel, Co-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Rehm assumed the gavel at 1:01 PM.

Co-Chair Koegel moved that the minutes from March 24, 2025, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1520 (Koegel) Various provisions governing drivers’ licenses modified.

Co-Chair Koegel moved that HF1520 be re-referred to the General Register.

Co-Chair Koegel moved the H1520A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Co-Chair Koegel presented HF1520, as amended.

Testifiers on HF1520 as amended:

Co-Chair Koegel renewed the motion that HF1520, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
