MINUTES

Representative Koznick, Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on February 18th, 2026, in Room 123 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Margaret Donahoe, Executive Director of Minnesota Transportation Alliance, provided a funding update.

Representative Koegel moved the minutes of April 11th, 2025, to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Tara Olds, Director of Connected and Automated Vehicles at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, provided an update on Connected and Automated Vehicles in Minnesota.

Charles Carlson, Director of Metropolitan Transportation Services, presented the 2026 Metropolitan Council High-Subsidy Transit Route Analysis Legislative Report.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:35 PM.
