Representative Erin Koegel, Co-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:01 AM on Friday, April 11, 2025, in Room G3 of the Capitol Building. The meeting was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF2438 (Koznick) Transportation budget bill; Department of Transportation, Department of Public Safety, and Metropolitan Council activities funding provided; and money appropriated.

Co-Chair Koznick moved the H2438DE1 amendment.

Co-Chair Koznick renewed the motion to re-refer HF2438, as amended, to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Note: The current HF2438 language is the Governor's Transportation Finance bill. This bill will be deleted with a delete all amendment. The delete all amendment language will be posted online and sent out to the listserv sometime on Thursday April 10th.

Amendments are due to the committee administrators by 8am Friday to be copied and processed for the hearing.
