MINUTES

Representative Brad Tabke, Co-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on Monday, February 23, 2026, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building.

Chair Koznick moved that the minutes from February 18, 2026, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3429 (Kraft) Intelligent speed assistance program established, revocation period for certain speeding offenses extended, speed-controlled license restriction created, rulemaking required, and money appropriated.

Representative Kraft moved that HF 3429 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law

Representative Kraft moved the H3429A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
