Representative Brad Tabke, Co-Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM on Monday, March 9, 2026, in Room 123 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice-Chair Meyers moved that the minutes from March 4, 2026, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3919 (Cha) Benefits available to veterans of the Secret War in Laos modified, commissioner of veterans affairs directed to establish an eligibility process, and technical changes made.

Chair Tabke moved that HF 3919 be re-referred to the Division on Veterans and Military Affairs.
